Tony Alamo – The Devil Himself, Parading as God Almighty
Ugh, one thing that sucks about blogging news… is the news. Not always but there are times that when reading the details puts my heart, spirit, and mind collectively in turmoil. The story of Tony Alamo required addressing. If you read articles about his crime history, you will see that he was a very nasty man right across the board. He had been charged with transporting five under-aged girls across state lines for sex.

An open letter from Christhiaon Coie [Susan Alamo’s daughter]
I wanted to thank Tony Alamo News for bringing the truth about the Tony Alamo cult to all of us.
I want to thank Federal Prosecutor Kyra Jenner for having the guts to finally bring justice to this coward who has hidden behind a Bible for decades. She introduced truth and justice where no one else (other then IRS) had the chutzpa to tread. Had she and Special Agent Harris and Bishop not brought this evidence from this den of iniquity Tony would still be raping, beating, and starving these victims. None of these people will ever truly understand what they have put a stop to.

They Freed Their Minds. But Some Wound Up Trapped.
At my local bookstore on the eve of the 40th anniversary of Woodstock, 1960s nostalgia is in high gear. A display table is stacked high with pricey coffee table books, each with its own variation on psychedelic rainbow lettering, each claiming to reveal the untold story of the “peace and music” festival. I understand the lucrative business of selling those hazy memories — the Woodstock museum, Cherry Garcia ice cream, even the new movie “Taking Woodstock.” I just can’t buy into it.
